No exchange only in case of damage we can do. After delivery within 2 days the customer should return.

We accept exchanges under the following conditions:

• Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact our Customer Support team within 1 day from the date of delivery. We will arrange for an exchange of the product at no additional cost to you.
• Mismatched Products: In the event that you receive a product that doesn’t match the description or specifications provided on our website, please notify us within a day of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue and arrange for an exchange.

Items Not Eligible for Exchange:

Please note that the following items are not eligible for exchange:

1. Items Without Original Packaging: We can only accept exchanges for products that are returned in their original packaging, along with all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
2. Items Showing Signs of Use: Products that show signs of use, wear, washed or damage caused by the customer are not eligible for exchange.

To ensure the longevity of your garment and maintain its quality, please follow the care instructions below. Always check the garment’s care label for specific guidance.

General Guidelines:

- Machine Washing: Use cold or lukewarm water to wash your clothes and select a gentle cycle to minimize wear.

- Hand Washing: For delicate fabrics, gently hand wash with mild detergent in cold water.

- Drying: Air drying is preferred. If using a tumble dryer, select a low heat setting to protect the fabric.

- Ironing: Always iron clothes inside out, and use the appropriate heat setting based on the fabric type.

1. Cotton
- Wash: Machine wash in cold or warm water (30°C–40°C).
- Dry: Air dry or tumble dry on low heat.
- Iron: Medium heat when damp.

2. Silk
- Wash: Hand wash in cold water with a mild detergent, or dry clean.
- Dry: Lay flat to dry, do not wring.
- Iron: Iron on the lowest setting while damp or use a steamer.

3. Wool
- Wash: Hand wash or dry clean.
- Dry: Lay flat to dry, reshaping the garment.
- Iron: Use a steam iron on a low heat setting.

4. Linen
- Wash: Machine wash in cold water on a gentle cycle.
- Dry: Air dry or tumble dry on low heat.
- Iron: Iron while damp on high heat.

5. Chiffon
- Wash: Hand wash in cold water or dry clean for best care.
- Dry: Lay flat or hang to dry.
- Iron: Iron on low heat using a cloth between the fabric and iron.

6. Denim
- Wash: Machine wash inside-out in cold water.
- Dry: Air dry or tumble dry on low heat.
- Iron: Iron on medium heat if necessary.
