Exchange Policy

At Eyal The Design Studio, we are committed to providing you with high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We understand that sometimes issues may arise with your purchase, and we want to make sure you have a seamless experience when it comes to exchanges. No exchange only in case of damage we can do. After delivery within 2 days the customer should return.

  • In order to exchange a product, an unboxing video is required

We accept exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact our Customer Support team within 1 day from the date of delivery. We will arrange for an exchange of the product at no additional cost to you.
  • Mismatched Products: In the event that you receive a product that doesn’t match the description or specifications provided on our website, please notify us within a day of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue and arrange for an exchange.

Items Not Eligible for Exchange:

Please note that the following items are not eligible for exchange:

  1. Items Without Original Packaging: We can only accept exchanges for products that are returned in their original packaging, along with all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
  2. Items Showing Signs of Use: Products that show signs of use, wear, washed or damage caused by the customer are not eligible for exchange.

To initiate a exchange, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number and details about the issue with the product.
  3. Our Customer Support team will guide you through the exchange process.

Replacements process:

Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will process your replacement.
If you are eligible for a replacement, we will ship the replacement product to you at no additional cost, 9 calendar days.
